We've been growing and now we need people for specific roles: content, SEO, affiliate marketing, and copywriting. The team is lean, the work is tangible, and the positions below are open right now — not pipeline planning for six months from now.

Who We Are

We operate a real iGaming product built for the UK market. Day-to-day that means publishing casino content, managing organic visibility, running affiliate channels, and making sure the site's messaging is sharp and compliant. We're not a startup figuring out the model — the product works, we have budgets and clear targets, and we need people who can own defined parts of it.

If you've worked in online gambling, sports betting, or fintech, you'll recognise the rhythm quickly. If you haven't, the learning curve depends on the role — some positions are more forgiving than others, and we'll be upfront about that during the interview.

Our Team

The structure is flat. You won't be three management layers removed from the decisions that affect your work. Feedback here is direct — sometimes blunt — and that tends to suit people who'd rather fix something than be reassured it's fine. If you need a lot of hand-holding to get started, this probably isn't the right fit.

We work remotely, across a few time zones, and coordination happens through async comms and a shared project board. There are no pointless all-hands or daily standups for the sake of them. What we do care about: you know your area, you flag problems early, and you deliver what you said you would. That's genuinely all we ask for on a daily basis.

Open Positions

All four roles below are active. We're not building a talent pool — if you apply and fit the brief, we'll move quickly. Each position has its own focus, but there's natural overlap, especially between content, SEO, and copywriting.

Content Manager

• Plan and oversee the editorial calendar — casino reviews, game guides, bonus landing pages, regulatory updates
• Brief writers, edit drafts, enforce tone of voice across the site
• Coordinate with SEO to decide what gets published, in what order, and why

• Proven experience in iGaming, gambling, or another regulated content vertical
• Sharp editorial eye — you can tell a thin page from a useful one without needing a rubric
• At ease with a CMS, content briefs, and basic traffic reporting

SEO Specialist

• Run technical and on-page audits, monitor keyword movements in UK SERPs
• Build and execute link acquisition plans suited to a regulated niche
• Report on organic performance weekly and flag significant shifts before they become problems

• 2+ years in SEO — iGaming, finance, or similarly competitive verticals preferred
• Comfortable with Screaming Frog, Search Console, Ahrefs or similar tools
• You know the difference between what the Google documentation says and what actually moves rankings

Affiliate & Traffic Manager

• Manage existing UK affiliate relationships and recruit new partners who deliver quality traffic
• Track conversion funnels end-to-end — optimise for player value, not just raw click volume
• Produce affiliate-facing materials in coordination with the content and design teams

• Background in affiliate marketing or performance media — ideally in gambling or betting
• Analytical by default: you live in spreadsheets and know your CPA from your RevShare from your hybrid deal
• Solid communicator — you'll deal with external partners on a regular basis

Copywriter / Editor

• Write casino game reviews, slot guides, bonus explainers, and promotional copy for a UK audience
• Edit and improve AI-assisted drafts where needed — not rewrite them from scratch every time
• Hit SEO briefs without producing text that sounds like it was written for a crawler, not a person

• Strong English — native or near-native, UK spelling and idiom preferred
• Experience writing SEO content or copy in a regulated industry
• Can maintain consistent quality at volume — 1,500–2,500 words per day depending on content type

Salary is discussed at interview. The range depends on your experience and what level you're joining at — we don't post a number and then negotiate you down from it. There's a performance-based bonus on top of the base, tied to hitting agreed targets rather than subjective assessments.
